- What does print-on-demand (PoD) mean?
PoD means that our products aren’t pre-produced in a bulk, but are being printed and sewn after an order has been placed, which takes a few days to about a week. Therefore, with products being single pieces, the items’ print design may differ slightly from the product pictures in terms of coloring and positioning.
- Where are the products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured by different print providers from around the world, for example in USA, Germany, Poland, UK, or China. In case a product is offered by several print providers, the manufacturer closest to the customer’s country is chosen automatically in order to keep dispatch route as short as possible.
- What countries are products delivered to?
Delivery is possible to most countries of the world, as local postal services are being used.
- How long does it take to receive my product?
The manufacturing process mostly takes a few days up to about a week, depending on the product. In case production takes longer than two weeks, you are eligible to receive a full refund of your purchase. After production, the product is being shipped as fast as possible. Shipping time can range from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the locations of the print provider and the customer. A tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address automatically.
- Why are the shipping costs higher than in other online fashion stores?
In contrast to large fashion stores with their own distribution hubs and logistics, our products are shipped directly by print providers at standard postal fees, which often results in higher shipping costs. Additionally, with products being manufactured by different print providers, items will likely be shipped separately when ordering several products. The manufacturer closest to the customer’s country is chosen automatically in order to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
- Why are taxes not included in the product price, but instead are added at check-out?
With customers from all over the world paying different tax rates, taxes are calculated based on country of delivery at check out. In some countries, due taxes may be billed via customs clearance fees upon arrival at the destination country.
- Can I cancel my order or return a product if I change my mind or ordered the wrong size?
Cancelling your order is only possible until the production process has begun (mostly within a few hours). After that, cancellation of your order is no longer possible. Exchanging or returning a product after delivery is only possible in case of production flaws.
- The product I received has major printing or sewing flaws. Can I get a refund or a replacement?
